"Scotland
Which part?
Round Peebles and Biggar between Edinburgh and Northumberland "
We stop in Biggar for the chippy or ice cream on way to Edinburgh - which is where I would choose to live but on the eastern outskirts

Where we live now. There is nowhere more beautiful. No neighbours, peace and quiet. Work is a 10 minute drive away on a country road. There are lovely villages and towns around us. We can be a city in 40 minutes and the coast in just over an hour. We have family near us and a great circle of friends. It's perfection for us. |

Well I've fallen in Love with Paris this weekend on my first visit here, so at the moment it's here!
Glasgow is a city I feel very at home in though, so probably there.

On a tropical island, beautiful warm blue water, hot sunny days with a cool breeze, exotic and colourful creatures and plants, drinking cocktails from a coconut. Pure bliss |

Not sure where in the world. I would like to be somewhere warm near the sea, mountains and lakes close by and not far from a large town/city.
Coffee shops/bars/restaurants needed as well.
Greek Islands or Italy maybe.

I know the very island for you. It's only 40 minutes by fast ferry from Rhodos. |

"The glorious Highlands of Scotland…the west coast (minus the midgies)
No midgies, you're asking too much there.
I am,I know…they eat me alive!!"
If it's any consolation, after 50 years you don't notice them so much. Or it could be the Skin so Soft from Avon working. |

I’ve heard good things about its anti-midgie properties |

I went to Paris just under 20 years ago, you would literally have to pay me to go again, well except to Disney , I would return to Disney |

It does work. It's also a good defence against mozzies. |
