Got this in Site Help too but no help yet
Asking for a friend
A friend is currently having issues - she’s had her account for nearly a month, yet cannot post on the forums - (I had to wait 14 days)
She’s still waiting for pics to be approved, ha a single account, but tried to set up a second account intending to be for a couple but this was taken down after a couple of hours - she’s messaged admin a couple times but never had an answer

Sometimes the admin take a while to get back to you x i know what you mean it's taking a bit longer than usual x i had the same problem myself x the admin will sort it out for her x  |

It's a strange one and Admin do have a lot to do here, sometimes more than others. If she has submitted photo verification and her account is generally in order, Admin should be able to support her appropriately. We don't have the full information on it, so can only give general information and support on this basis.
If it was me, I'd give it a further couple of weeks, delete the account and start afresh, if it doesn't go any further. Obviously it's frustrating for her and not the best experience but we're unaware of the full details and what's gone wrong. |
