Some lovely sunsets over the last few days. But how does it compare to a good sunrise?

You decide..

Sorry couldn’t resist but my first thought was

I prefer a sunset over the sunrise.

But, the best sunrise I ever saw was at the summit of Kilimanjaro, and it’s beaten every epic sunset I’ve ever seen.

I prefer sunset too.

Mainly because I’m not a morning person

Depends where you are in the world. You can't beat a UK sunrise, but the best sunset I've ever seen was over the dunes in the Sahara viewed from the Whispering Mountains

Love getting out on my paddle board either at sunrise or sunset

It's actually an amazing experience to sit talking to someone all night and take in a sunset cuddled with them and a great vista - we are fortunate enough to have some of the most amazing coastline in the world at our disposal
