Whether losing weight, just keeping fit, training for an event/competition or sport.
How did it go?
Good, bad, indifferent, it's all work in the bank.
Finally found my groove on deadlifts again, easy 240kg trebles this week. Might see some really good numbers by the end of the year.

Two friends of mine have their ‘beginner to winner’ boxing matches in a fortnight. Those of you who don’t know what that is : they take beginners, train them for six weeks, they then fight each other on a show for cancer research.
So I took both down my old club and did some technique specific stuff with them. Mostly how to block shots and work on the jab.
Enjoyed it. Teaching boxing would be my dream job if it actually paid a decent wage. |

In the weights gym, had a quiet session because my impinged shoulder was giving me gip but absolutely blasted it on the wheelchair basketball court last night. Sunk lots of outside shots, flew up and down like a woman possessed and yes, my shoulder is reminding me why I shouldn't do it |

An hour on the treadmill for me in the morning.
Managed to lose 9lbs in about 9 weeks through eating better and some exercise.
Still struggle with the motivation to exercise but always feel better when it’s done. |
