Dinner tonight

I found a recipe for no-stir risotto with radishes, asparagus and artichokes. I am giving that a go tonight. It's easy to put together and stick in the oven and nice with a glass of wine. I have a lovrly raspberry panna cotta left too for after.Nice and light in this weather. What are you planning?

I’m using up ingredients, so I’m doing a risotto using passatta, sausages, and a bit of gammon.

Normally, that’d be a pasta bake dish, but no pasta in the house. I’m making do with what’s at hand.

No been well so it’s a ready made Mac n cheese for me maybe with some garlic sausage thrown in.

I’m getting a new cooker delivered next week so want to try and bake a Japanese Cotton Cake as it looks braw!
