Apparently it is..so a great excuse to stay in bed unless of course you sleep anywhere other than bed?..
So if you do where? or has falling asleep somewhere you shouldn't caused problems?.. |

I don’t have troubles falling asleep, but I have troubles having a full night sleep. Usually sleep about 6-7 hours (interrupted, either need a drink, a wee or whatever) and sometimes I can’t fall asleep again if I wake up early.
Ideally id like to get a full 8 hours as I LOVE my sleep. Like id take proper good sleep over dick

I love my sleep. Last night my girls had to NAG me to go to bed, as I was conking out on the sofa
