What do folks think about Ladies with tattoos? I find that the right style, type in certain areas are incredibly appealing.
Ladies if you have some, what do you like about yours? Any that you regret having?

I’ve got tattoos, if men don’t like it they can sod off. They’re on my body and reflect who I am.
If I was going to regret them I would have have had them done on the first place |

I've had surgery and need to do some covering but you can't cover a scar for a few years apparently |

Tattoos are a personal choice. We both have quite a few and each one has been done for that person's personal choice. Certainly never to please each other or heaven forbid anyone else.
If people don't like my tattoos that's fine just move on. |

I like my tattoos. I got the first one 35 years ago which I liked but ended up getting a bigger one on top and then a bigger one on top of that when tattooists were a lot more artistic. The others I have had are just fine as they are. I’d love more but can’t spare the dosh |

You can’t really say ‘nothing personal’ while just saying in the sentence previous that they ‘scream issues’ |

It's the same as "no offence' when people then go on and say something completely inappropriate x |

"I have a couple but theyre big ones. If people dont like em its fine i didnt get them for other people. But i love mine and have another few planned (as soon as we win the lotto)"
Would one design include the winning numbers? |

Just the one for me.
They can look nice, if they are done well, and placed well.
Some do go overboard on huge pieces, just added to randomly, the overall effect gets kind of messy, not so keen then.

My tattoos are telling my story. Who I was and who I've become. They have a meaning to me that those who don't know me wouldn't interpret in the same way. No regrets. |

I don't like tattoos, never have done but they are currently trendy and each to their own and all that What I would say is that there's going to be some ridiculous looking OAP's around in about 30 to 40 years time |

I totally disagree with you.
My grandfather was in the Navy and his arms were covered in tattoos. As a young girl I was always fascinated by his ink and he would share with me the stories of which country he had each tattoo and the stories relating to them, not necessarily the meanings of each piece of ink but the funny tale of how he had it done with his navy friends.
I have ink and I want to be that old lady sat in her chair being asked about my ink by my grandchildren. I want to embellish my tales to make people smile just like my old grandfather did for me.
I choose to be different and you may think I am ridiculous but I think I will be interesting and intriguing as an OAP.

Thats where you are very wrong, we will be walking round as OAP's who will be wearing parts of our life stories/adventures as artwork that we have always admired and took time to invest in. We will be able to share the reasons and stories behind why we have those tattoos.
You however will be the one sat in a corner somewhere still being judgemental just because it's not something you want done. |

Who cares what we look like in 30/40 years time?
Hopefully judgemental attitudes will have changed by then |
