I'm starting to enjoy early mornings with the little on more as he gets older. It seems all the cartoons I watched as a kid are back in fashion, and have been remastered. Watching a bit of teenage mutant ninja turtles now. Kowabunga dude!

It's not a blast from the past at all, but my guilty pleasure before work at the moment is to watch 'League of Super Evil' on Beeb 2 at 0730.

Watch it. It's funny !

Isn't that the time when previously meek and compromising spouses get a flurry of hormones that turn them into stroppy, argumentative women who will hide said remote unless you service their new hormonal urges?

But you already have a suitable punishment for any serious bar behaviour - withdrawal of tv privileges.

My sis was at the end of her tether with one of hers who any punishment rolled off him as he wasn't bothered. Till grandpa bought them a Wii... Now he'll beg that he'll be good and actually come and negotiate Wii time in return for chores!

We have 'turns' in our house. Littleun thinks it's always his 'turn' though.

I get the News in the morning until 9am then he has the TV for the rest of the day, or until he goes for a kip.

Apart from Sunday mornings when I watch Match of the Day or a Grand Prix is on. He can bugger off if he thinks he's getting his turn.

Yeah but one of the purple girls is hot.

I often put the telly on when the kids have gone to bed and realise after quite a while that I've still been watching the kids channels.

Peppa Pig rocks....

Peppa Pig has the answer to all quandries.

I am taking a break from watching cartoons. Dave the Barbarian and Kim Possible were becoming addictive

Yes!!! Think you're the only other person I've come across who has. Bit like an early, more serious version of Family Guy.

My 4 year old is in the process of leaving Cbeebies, he enjoys channel 5's milkshake before school and has been trying to watch Power Rangers on Sat mornings (that one I've knocked on the head as can't condone watching any kind of violence at that age!

There is hope for you - she will grow out of it soon!
