Being Irish there's loads of tunes to pick from , absolutely , from top international acts to local pub artists ,some of the most brilliant songs ever written have come from Ireland ( imho) here's a few that l think are just beautiful

Haunted,Sinead O'Connor & Shane McGowan

Beautiful Affair.. Stockton's wing

All I wanted ..InTuaNua

Dancing in the Moonlight..Thin Lizzy

One..U2

Tupelo Honey..Van Morrison

Man is in Love .. Waterboys ( had some brilliant Irish musicians in their line up )

Tattood lady..Rory Gallagher

Cliffs of Dooneen..Planxty

And they don't include all the songs about places in Ireland

..you could spend all day listening to Irish music ..it truly rocks ..not just today on St.Patricks day but every day
