I have an adjustable one, I put my cock and balls through it and tighten it up, I don’t pull it too tight as I only use it to stop the balls shooting back up but it can be tightened enough to trap the blood flow

Start with a silicone one, assorted sizes may be best
then move onto metal when you know your size, you can look at other things like thickness, weight, gland rings, you’ll know what will feel right |
