I had a message once from a couple asking to meet the following day. I referred them to my profile where it says I don't meet like that. They apologised and said they were happy to meet socially and would pay for my coffee.
"What about the plane ticket?" I asked
"What plane ticket?"they responded
" The one I'm going to need to get to the US for that coffee!" |

" I was blocked this morning for pointing out to a man from the South coast that he was too far away. I live on the North East coast. "
Maybe so he wouldn't make the same mistake again. Some just look at the photos and nothing else lol |

He insisted he had read my profile and told me off before blocking me. |

Because people are limited by travel options and not everyone’s location is accurate enough for them to make a judgement on if they can get their
The guy might have been counting on public transport which wasn’t available once he had a more accurate idea where you lived
It sounds like he was perfectly polite in his response and your still angry?
Unless your willing to publicly put your address in your bio I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a guy to ask your location and then politely say he can’t get there. |

"Had a guy message. I said your in Ireland, he said yes I am but I travel. To Liverpool I said. Well he did and we met lol however he was coming to Liverpool anyway "
I've had that situation with someone from Belfast. Isle of Man too, come to think of it (though that was far less fun!). |

I think calling him an idiot is unfair. He goes way beyond the realm of idiocy. |
