Are you currently happy with your body? I’m talking in general, from weight to how it looks when you look at yourself in the mirror? What would you slightly improve?
I feel definitely sexier since having had my breast enhanced and that gave me an extreme boost of sexiness, like finally I don’t feel like I have to Keep a bra on when being intimate (can’t wait for them to take it off ) and also generally also in myself, I wear more things out and about to show my cleavage area and I love it x
Weight wise, I’ve gained 5kg in the past maybe 4-5 months, which I’m a bit unhappy about (I definitely have noticed I’m eating more but it could be hormones), if I get on the scale I just wanna throw it out of the window. But the extra fat is going in the right places so I can’t complain too much. But once recovered I’m gonna try to shed it
Overall, happy with it I guess. Obviously still have some stuff I need to work on but It’s overall positive
What about you , girls and boys? |

"I’d fucking kill to be in the financial position to get some liposuction "
What area would you work on?
I’m not gonna be that bitch to say, your body looks fine cos if it bothers you, it bothers you.
(I had guys saying my boobs were fine before but I didn’t think so, so now I’m actually noticing the mental benefits of not being self concious)
I’m just curious x |

Not happy with it in the slightest. Think it's part of the subconcious self destruction disguised as self preservation. If I'm a minger I won't be found attractive therefore won't have to deal with any potential drama. |

Yes and no.
No because I’ve been in better shape and I’d love to be back there again.
And yes because it takes so long to mentally adjust to liking whatever current shape I’m in that I don’t have mental capacity to go through that thought process again yet. So I’m just enjoying it how it is at the moment |

Stomach. My legs, arms and back get absolutely shredded before my stomach. And I mean shredded.
A little lipo would fix that but sadly money ain’t cheap |

I kinda get it, MANY MOONS AGO, when I felt very defeated about reality (not gonna go into details), I wasn’t taking care of my body or myself, and I know now it was because it was a part of the subconscious wanting to self destruct.
So , girl. I get you … but know that you are so pretty |

Most definitely a few things I’d like to change about my body. I like to think that I make the best of what I’ve got though. And it helps when you’ve a good face and hair. |

Nah, I wish my chest was bigger (hey! same boat!) as well as my arms and shoulders. Could also do with being leaner as a side effect from bulking is having more fat and getting slight love handles |

I’d probably never do that because it’s opening a can of worms. I feel sorry for people that have opened that and are constantly chasing the next operation to fix whatever they don’t like.
I’ll just work hard when I want to have a 6 pack and work mentally to be happy when I dont
Personally, I’d prefer to spend money on experiences, life, family and partners. Not on my meat body because I’m insecure |

I'm pretty happy with my body now. It's not going to gain weight like I hoped at my age so I've accepted it and love it mostly!
Shopping for clothes and underwear is a no no. I feel like a child playing dress up so I shop online to save the negative feelings clouding me.
I'm lucky that I have someone who adores me as I am and tells me everyday and friends that feed me and keep my rare down moments at bay!

Nope I hate it and I would quite happily have a full body work over. You will rarely ever see me completely naked, I hate it and no one believes that because I have pics on here but I’m pretty much clothed. It doesn’t get to me anymore because I just make the most of what I have but would I change it… absolutely |

I try to rock what I’ve got, and I do get to enjoy fun with people with what I’ve got, but in reality I am not happy with my weight or my chubby tummy. I want to lose weight (and am working on it) and I’d like my body to be smaller and maybe a bit more toned. I know that realistically I’m not going to become a muscle-bound adonis, but “less fat” is achievable. |

Yes and no.
I lost 3 stone during lockdown, and despite going to the gym and being very active, I now don't like certain areas of my body where sagging skin can be seen.
My boobs shrunk, and I loved my boobs, but my bum seemed to stay the same

I’m happy with mine, it took a long time to be able to say that due to a loss of confidence in a past relationship. I’ve learned to accept my flaws and not to see them as a negative but more of a unique characteristic to me, sure I’ve my bits the wobble more than I’d like, some days I think should I really eat this bar of chocolate but you know what…fuck it! There’s also nothing wrong with wanting to better your own appearance whether through fitness, diet, surgery or any other means.
It doesn’t make you vain or insecure and don’t let anyone make you feel that way. It’s an outdated and small minded outlook.
Life is too short to be unhappy and I’ll do whatever I can, where possible, to look the best that I can and be happy |

I can relate to the loss of confidence. Only after being out of my relationship did I manage to lose the weight and feel happy in myself. In it I felt hideous and fat which just exasperated my eating. |

No I hate my body. I’m about 5 stone heavier than when I met T. Am on lots of meds & have no inclination to do anything about it at the moment. Too much other stuff going on that needs to be prioritised. When my mind is ready it will be tackled.

No not happy with it really. Some parts I like but I dislike more than I like.
I’ve been up and down the past few years, lost two stone, put weight back on, lost a little and put it back on.
I hate my weight at the moment and am getting my arse in gear to shift some. It always goes on my stomach and hips so I hate that at the moment.

Totally agree!
Hence why I said personally my boob augmentation was paramount to me feeling confident in my body mentally vs “I need to hide my small boobs because I hate them”
Also I agree, if something can be worked on without too much hassle, then definitely go on that approach

I accepted my body a good few years ago now. It is what it is. I could find fault with it and so could many, many others. But it’s gotten me to the age of 47, given me two healthy bambino’s, allowed me to breast feed (albeit briefly!) and continues to carry me forward.
I will never be perfect physically, but I accept that. My body has character, flaws and beauty (in its own way) and that will just have to do. And if nobody likes what they see then they don’t have to stop and take in the view. |

Absolutely correct.
There is unfortunately still a minority of closed minded people who take an issue with others having procedures to better themselves, like it’s to be pitied or that it comes from a place of insecurity. Not sure why, after all, no one is pushing them to have anything done. Is it because they’d like things done but are unable to?? Who knows. Don’t ever let anyone make you feel anything but proud for the changes you’ve made |

Bits wobble and are sguidgy, which I could sort out and I might one day.
These last 7 years I’ve loved my body just as it is, it’s normal and other people love it too. So despite the past and things that were said, I’m finally me and I love all of me, even the baby shelf & boobs. They are not something to be covered up / hidden away.
Quick answer, no I wouldn’t change a thing

I think we are our worst critics and generally people that like us (friends, lovers, family) don’t notice these things at all. But at the end, it’s about us coming to terms and being happy with what we got x I think |

My body nope but that's down to me to sort it out, which I'm gradually doing.
My face I've always been happy with until fairly recently. There's nothing wrong with it per se except getting older. And my friends are all having things done so I look older and that's having a negative impact on me. So it's kind of a weird thing for me at the moment I didn't personally want to go down that route, but there is an increasing pressure, even though it's unintentional. |

Yes and no.
While I know I'm in good shape I'm finding it hard being this small after injury and losing all the muscle mass I worked for the last 20 years or so.
Currently 101kg, 11kg down on where I was.
Being bullied as a kid for being stupidly skinny also factors into this and the mental side of things. |

For me, I’m not unhappy with myself, can say that it’s not at all bad for my age. But then see women older, who’ve had more children who look 1000 times better. I’d like to tweak loads of things but can hide the dodgy parts with a boiler suit & welders helmet!!! |

"I’d fucking kill to be in the financial position to get some liposuction
What area would you work on?
I’m not gonna be that bitch to say, your body looks fine cos if it bothers you, it bothers you.
(I had guys saying my boobs were fine before but I didn’t think so, so now I’m actually noticing the mental benefits of not being self concious)
I’m just curious x
Stomach. My legs, arms and back get absolutely shredded before my stomach. And I mean shredded.
A little lipo would fix that but sadly money ain’t cheap
Also I’d definitely say, if you ever get the money to do it, go to somebody that is really good at their job.
Not on my meat body because I’m insecure
Your money, your choice x
It all depends on “how much can I live with it” vs “mental benefits for making an improvement”"
Very true. I can afford it. I just think there’s too much to do in this world and I can’t afford all of it. I’m not gonna pick lipo over an experience any day. No matter how insecure something might make me feel.
Unless money becomes not an issue, like winning the lottery |

Not 100% but I have some tolerance and acceptance. I've been abroad for a few months and just had gentle exercise, rather than my intensive usual exercise. I'm a little over weight, stomach and bum fat.
But, I'm back at the gym . I won't punish myself, with a programme that's disrespectful, preferring a more gentle, progressive approach. Lipo scares me but would take the reductions, if I could, some other way. |

Nope. I was a fat kid when at school, but didn’t lose it til my dad died unexpectedly, then it just fell off…. I was a size 12 for years after until 2006 when I had a hip replacement. I put on a stone, then 3 years later I had a knee replacement, and that was it.. the number 12 is now reversed, I hate it, I wish I could lose weight but it’s so difficult at my age, and without being able to exercise I’m kinda stuck. However I have accepted it so am now comfortable about my weight & shape. I was going to join a slimming club last night, but took ill at the weekend so will wait until that’s gone, before I go. |

I honestly hate it. I accept it and get on with it but I'm not happy with anything I see in the mirror. I've lost two stone in the last 6 months and hope to lose another three stone by the end of the year which should help with how I am feeling. I don't think I will ever be truly happy though. I'll always have parts of me that won't change without money.
I am very jealous of your new boobies! I think they look amazing on you. |

She had a really fine incision made hip to hip, just under the knicker line and it was pulled tight and stitched. You can hardly see it and she now has the confidence to wear clothes that she’d never dream of before! She’s like a new person! |

I'm content with mine. I don't really like my caesarian scar, but it gave me three healthy children. I've no stretch marks. I've never been to a gym and don't believe I ever will. I don't exercise for the sake of it so accept that I'm a bit wibbly. I kinda miss the 32DD breasts I had pre children but I was in my mid 20s so I don't expect them back. I have no problem being naked in front of sexual partners, no hang ups about any bits. And others seem to appreciate what they see. So yeah, not bad for 37 |

One of my biggest hang ups was my c section scar. I absolutely hated it! I got a lovely tattoo over it and now I can’t see it. |

I'm not bothered by it most of the time. But I do catch sight of it in the mirror when getting dressed some mornings and just see how unpleasant it looks. I don't think it bothers anyone who sees it - my husband certainly doesn't mind it. I'd never get a tattoo, but I'm glad that helped you |

Very much dislike my fat/saggy tummy; my saggy boobs and the fact my pelvic organs are attempting to escape. I would like the full use of my left leg back, please, and my SI and pubis symphisis joints to stop moving so much.
Not asking for much |

It really did, it gave me my confidence back. I wish I could have been more like you but I was really bothered by it. Not only was it ugly but it was a reminder of one of the most scary and traumatic days of my life. I didn’t need a daily reminder |

Despite crippling pain from legacy injuries and my fondness of unhealthy food, yes.
I don’t get hung up on having abs anymore.
I’m too old and wise to care.
If I’m not good enough for somebody then they’re definitely not good enough for me. |

Not happy with my body. I never have been (history of ED, but never going back there again) I was on track to getting happier, then put the weight back on, plus a bit more! I can’t go for runs or exercise as much as my daughter lost her community care, just before lockdown, so home all the time- she hates me exercising! Add to that newly diagnosed hypothyroidism and it’s hard to lose it again.
I’d love lypo on my stomach, but I can’t get respite for more than a couple of days, so not possible, recovery wise, as well as actually getting away for the surgery. So recently bought a treadmill, sneakily use that and my other equipment, until my daughter notices, and slowly losing it again. Already lost 6lbs, so getting there xx

Overall yes. I don’t like my lower belly, which is why I mostly cover it up, and I have a few scars, but I’m happy with it.
I work hard on it, to try and keep in shape. |

I was lucky enough to get one thing fixed for free. A full rhinoplasty courtesy of the NHS.
My nose was literally bent in 2 places and at a 30 degree angle before that from having it broke 3 times. It’s perfectly straight now after 2 surgeries |

I don't think many are happy about there body or the cosmetic surgeons would be out of business myself I couldn't afford surgery anyway I don't like my stomach as had a emergency section & without that I wouldn't of have my son which would of been more devastating so I just embrace it & wear a deep waisted suspender belt for any fun time |

"Are you currently happy with your body?
In general yes
I’ve been working away from home which means my diet and exercise has been less structured and less consistent than usual gained a little extra baggage but all in all
Just need to share it with someone who appreciates it
If you’re out there |

"There’s also nothing wrong with wanting to better your own appearance whether through fitness, diet, surgery or any other means.
It doesn’t make you vain or insecure and don’t let anyone make you feel that way. It’s an outdated and small minded outlook.
Life is too short to be unhappy and I’ll do whatever I can, where possible, to look the best that I can and be happy "
100% this.
For me, in answer to OP, I guess I'm "happy-ish". Some days more than others, but definitely like to be a bit leaner...but I just seem to like food too much. |

I was very lucky that it was heavily effecting my breathing
It’s great, but they said if you break it again, no tune ups!
So I’m extra careful in sports but I know it can happen. If it does, I’ll live with it
But yeah, they did a great job |

Yes and no I'm happy that I as strong as I've ever been, decent size to my shoulders/chest/back and legs but I'm unhappy that I'm too beefy around the middle. Would like to lose half a stone, maybe a stone. Working on it but controlling my diet has always been an issue. |

It took me years to like my body, always finding fault and comparing to others, but I’m of the feeling now it’s not going to change and I’m comfortable with that, yes it could be better, yes I could change it with surgery but why, I’m 52 now and it’s done me ok so far. |

After 3 pregnancies I've never liked my stomach, then I hit menopause and grew a menopot, weight is increasingly difficult to keep steady, but aside from that, yeah, I quite like my body. I have nice skin, even if it's a deeply unfashionable shade of pale, nice legs and boobs. I prefer to focus on the parts I like these days. |

Never happy and don’t think I ever will be but I think that’s what most people think about themselves, unless they have extreme self confidence. Eating clean and exercising goes along way to changing your mindset towards yourself |

I happy with certain areas and not so much with others.
I’d like to have lipo on my outer thighs because no matter how much exercise or running I do they won’t tighten up and an little increase in bust size.
Any plastic surgery I’d have done would be for me, making me feel better about my body. |
