Do you wake up the same time each day with or without the alarm?

I wake up the same time almost everyday without the alarm at 6.27, though the alarm is set for 6.30 just in case.

Do you need an alarm to wake or is it automatic for you too? Are you able to have a lie in or do you still wake up on the weekends?

I’m on autopilot and wake at 4:30-5:00 every morning. It’s an ingrained thing that I’ve never been able to shake from my days of long working hours in a previous job.

I get into patterns according to work, at the moment it's an early start but that usually results in falling asleep on the sofa around 9pm.

Haven't had an alarm in 30+ years. Up every day including weekends and holidays between 5.30 and 6 but I can tell to within 5 mins what time it is without looking at a watch or clock.

I've annoyingly started walking up before my alarm goes off. Which is a real pain as I'm a night owl so I'm usually up late so could do with sleeping all the way up to my alarm.

It's a real pain when you're waking before 7:30 on your days off

I wouldn’t want to chance it, so always set an alarm, but I do think I’d wake up on time anyway.
