Oh crumbs ! I generally max out at 3 and a half inch heels if I am walking about.
If I am at a party where I don’t have to move I will go to four inches … but I take a pair of flat pumps to change into when needed |

A transsexual is somebody who has gender dysphoria and has seeked treatment via cross sex hormones and obviously changed their body, generally surgery is also very very common. So can be facial feminisation surgery, breast augmentation, sex reassignment surgery (to get a designer vagina)
Obviously live life as their true gender with new names, and certificates and everything is changed to Female (and the assigned sex at birth is thing of the past)
There’s some who have gender dysphoria but decides that it isn’t worth transitioning and remain in their assigned at birth sex but sometimes might let out the feminine side by cross dressing
A transvestite is a person who enjoys wearing the opposite sex’s clothes for personal reasons (like feel more feminine) or for sexual reasons
But is happy in their body and doesn’t have gender dysphoria |

Not in the tv/ts category it isn’t , which is what I presume you was talking about . Obviously in main generic hot just it’s mostly always going to be cis. Though on occasion over the years you see a trans spike number 1 for a day or 2 . |

Nothing to apologise for! There are no clear and universally accepted definitions and although some are more clearly one of the other there are grey areas and blurred lines for many of us. For many TVs it is purely or at least largely a sexual fetish thing and they would have no wish to dress and be accepted as a woman all the time, and many transgender people for one reason or another can't get physically altered or even dress as a woman all the time. Some people would say that TS people are only those who have been physically altered (surgically and biochemically) to resemble a real woman, which is I think how the term transsexual was usually used in the past ( ? ). Transgender is probably a broader if (sometimes usefully) vaguer term, but generally could apply to any who would like to be the opposite sex and do or would like to dress as a woman (or man) all the time, regardless of their actual physical appearance, but would like to be permanently feminine rather than just dressing in women's clothes occasionally for fun. I think that you will find that answers will differ, but none are definitely or authoritatively correct; their is no scientific 'right answer'. |

The “general” scientific part would be on gender dysphoria and having the diagnosis of being that way by specialists (obviously some don’t seek out treatment and that’s fair enough), interesting studies have showed of the brain of a trans person not getting masculinised during the final development of the brain in the belly. And vice versa for trans men (not getting feminised)

Yes, that is an interesting point, but I am not sure if there is evidence that all transgender people fall neatly into that category, and I suspect that a variety of factors may be involved? I don't think that 'treatment' or diagnosis is always necessary or beneficial, but it presumably is in some cases, depending on an individual's situation and circumstances? |
