Yes I do suffer from premature ejaculation.
Have used a delay spray (numbs the old chap but you have to wait a few minutes for it to sink in, great for foreplay, not when you want to get straight to it), sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Have also been working on kegal exercises.
Anyone got any more tips to prevent it? Is it psychological and may I need to see a GP?
Thankfully I love foreplay and I have a lizard tongue...but still... |
