Just intrigued if there are any out there that don't commonly come up on profiles.

Wax play is pretty common amongst the people I play with. Don’t think its that niche.
This is a swingers site and the owners either don’t get or want to actively discourage kinks. Even fairly mainstream stuff like bondage isn’t even an option in the fetish list here. You only get the choice of SM, which ignore BD and Ds.
I enjoy using nettles on my partners, thats possibly niche.

As this is not a fetish site, the admins prefer it if you don’t talk about activities that could cause harm to people, which I think is fair. Its their site after all.
With that being said niche doesn’t have to mean extreme or that it results in harm to people. In some circles those are not niche, and can be quite common place.
For me niche kinks tend to be those that you rarely see out and about at clubs or events (outside specialist events), or hear people talking about.
Pet play is one that doesn’t get much love, with some onlookers failing to understand what it is about (similar to DD/lg).
Adult Baby Diaper Lover (ABDL) can be maligned mainly because no one likes cleaning up dirty nappies.
FinDomme/paypig is a bit niche to me as if done wrong can be exploitative.
It really does depend on the circles you frequent.
