I suppose I really struggle to see the greatness of Tom Hardy. Think he’s good in a few things but massively overrated.
Meryl- who I love- is also massively overrated in my opinion. Good though but she’s no Viola.
Leo Di Caprio I think is pretty one dimensional too.
Sorry but I needed to get those off my chest. |

"Hugh Grant
Rebel Wilson
"
I've always thought high grant was good but typecast as bumbling Englishman, it's good to see he's now getting to show off his talent as an older guy.
Sorry to disagree. But will agree with Rebel Wilson. |

Ben Affleck has been basking in the glory of one good film for years.
In my unknowledgeable opinion obviously. I’m saying that on watching very few films of his. But I’m sure if I gave him a handshake I’d get splinters. |

Have you not seen Afterlife? Absolutely brilliant and spot on, and I say that from experience |

"Johnny Depp, who gives the same performance in every film he's in
Edward scissor hands, Charlie and the chocolate factory, black mass? Same? "
Did you not get pirate vibes from the Boston gangster? |

I am surprised that Meryl Streep has made this list... I love her in most things and the characters she plays seem to come so naturally to her, but hey ho, that's just my opinion.
I agree with Tom Hardy and Johnny Depp. They literally seem to play the same role in every film.
I would also like to add Cillian Murphy (although I love him), as I feel like I see the same stony face all the time.
And, of course, Kristen Stewart makes the list for me as well. |

Jason Bateman. He’s not funny in comedies but I can’t take him seriously in anything else because I’m used to him doing comedy.
I really want to watch Ozark but I don’t think I’ll like him in it. |

T isn't a fan of him. But Ozark has enough brilliant characters and performances to compensate..
Incidentally T likes Bateman in Ozark, so maybe take a peek?

I’ll definitely watch it. I’ve seen quite a lot of things with him in that I’v enjoyed, I just don’t enjoy him in them. So as long as the rest of the cast/characters are good I’ll like it. |

I agree with Ricky living off one piece of genius. Much the same as A Einstein
Came up with E=MC 2 at 26yrs old then sweet FA. Remember. Gervais is a comedian , writer that also made it big in a few movies. Not many do that. |

Agree with Rebel Wilson and also Anna Kendrick...and Zoeey Deschanel (everyone just seems to love her and I don't get it). I now realise I have to think of annoying actors as this is a very one sided list! |

"Scarlet Johansson - about as much charisma as a plank of wood.
And Kenneth Branagh - can cope with him as director, but just can't watch him on screen."
+ Branagh
Tom Cruise. Maybe he's 'acted' a couple of parts |

Einstein did more than one equation. His general theory of relativity is the basis for all the physics that has followed. |

Will Smith. Seems to pretty much be a variation of Fresh Prince/himself in 95% of films....then occasionally he’ll come out with something like Pursuit of Happiness, where he’s absolutely brilliant- probably because he’s forced to be someone else (ie, stories based on real people) instead of his usual guff |

It was a joke duh. Gervais also has more than one successful creation.
After life , Extras etc.
I actually think Einstein's greatest achievement was getting into Marilyn Monroes panties. Gotta hand it to him. |

Genuinely had to stop and look their name up as I can't remember.
Ryan gosling, seems to play the same mumbling moody character is everything we've seen.
Him and Mark wahlberg seeming to play and arsehole in every movie.. Flawlessly |

If you can come up with Special Relativity by age 26 you haven’t got much else to prove! |

The Whole celebrity thing is what I don't get. I mean a person pretends to be something they aren't and gets paid ludicrous amounts to keep doing it.
I actually got thanked the other year for treating some 'Celeb' as a normal person while they were shopping. Apparently it was someone called Messenger ????? she wasn't bad looking either tbh.
Can you imagine if we started treating normal people like celebrities? |
