Nothing tbh , I wouldn't change one thing about me if l had money , problem though if l had money I'd give most of it away to those that really need it , money is not my God ,and keep a few quid for myself just in case l need it but other than that l don't care . suppose it's an age thing

I wouldn't undergo surgery though even if I had loads of money mainly because I'm a wuss with those things but if I could wave a magic wand I'd change my nose and my bum

I’m only just on the Spectrum with very mild Asperger’s. For the most part you don’t realise it until you get to know me a bit and see a few socially akward traits. If I was severe, in a way, it might be a bit easier navigating through life, but the drawback for me has always been I’m perceived as being a bit quirky or odd or a bit akward which has made some aspects of my life incredibly difficult.

If I had the money I’d get a decent diagnosis and the help and support I need to cope with something unseen.
