Interesting question. I once made bolognaise but with curry sauce because I picked up the wrong jar.

It didn’t taste awful but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else to try.

My main tweak to anything I make is just adding lots of chilli powder

Chilli made from scratch, don't bother with rice and dump the mince. Instead use boiled potatoes and bacon.

Lemon curd cheesecake, add a few teaspoons of lemon curd on the base dotted randomly before pouring over the filling.

Cold toast, on one slice Marmite, on the other horseradish relish, in the middle a strong cheddar.

I have loads more

Nothing wrong with that, you don't have to have cheese in bechamel. I like it but lots of people don't.

East Hull

Roast chicken dinner; Roast the potatoes (1" cubes) and chicken breast (sliced in half horizontally) for 20 minutes, top the chicken with spinach and chopped tomatoes, roast for another 10 minutes before adding sliced cheese onto chicken and cooking 'till melted. Delicious with mayonnaise.

Fast and boring - beans on toast with gravy powder (Bisto Best) in whichever flavour falls to hand

Something different n tasty - home made pizza base topped with chicken korma (chicken diced/chopped suitably small)

Homemade beefburgers, but made in the style of beef kofta - mix in a food processor - beef mincemeat with fresh chopped coriander and powdered ground cumin, divide the mixture, roll between hands into balls then squish down to burger sized patties, cook on a George Foreman or Panini grill, serve between a sliced oven bottom muffin with sliced tomato and fresh, green, succulent lettuce

I'm not seeing a problem with this.

It's even possible to order a Mcdonald triple cheeseburger without cheese.

however, I would definitely discretely dispose of any pickles if I ever ordered one of those.

Fun fact but a few weeks ago I saw a cooking programme and they said that if you are cooking and it needs something extra , it is almost always vinegar it needs
