Hmmmm, funny ain't it, my first thought was hiring sex toys = grim.
Then I thought.... hmmmm, we sit in/on other folks dead bum skin when butt naked at a club when you sit on a seat after the person before has moved.

I think the way it works is the same with hiring a dungeon or playroom with the toys and items included.
Everything needs to be cleaned properly of course, and from what I can gather, you can put condoms on it.
