Am thinking of changing my hair colour but not sure what to go for?

It's currently dark brown (almost black) so if I wanted to go lighter I'd have to strip it first I guess.

Fancy something different buy not too crazy as I don't have the confidence to pull off pink hair

Why not have a few lighter hilites put in that can't significantly lighten the look without risking the damage of stripping your colour

After putting deep reds on mine for ages it went darker and darker, I've recently had it stripped then a medium brown put on with caramel highlights, im please with the result. My kids say i look younger too so that's a bonus

How about asking your hairdresser?

That's what I did in the days when I was having semi-permanent colours.

He came up with a custom-shade with hints of copper and purple, and was very flattering for my skin tone and suited my hair.

Go for deep red highlights to break up the natural dark tone - very popular at the moment.

Im gonna go a few shades darker than my natural blonde. i hate the fact that it stands out to much. i wanna blend a little.
