On average , how many hours sleep do you get. My sleep pattern is awful at present. I get on average 6.

I'm similar it's usually 6, sometimes it's an interrupted sleep as well.

If you get 6 hrs every night you ain't doing so bad, they say 8 is best but as you get that bit more advanced in years less will do , 6 is ok .

Some nights I get zero hours sleep but on average I think 2-3 hours in short bursts then every so often maybe 6 hours all in a row.

I wouldn't mind but I really could do with some beauty sleep.

Normally 2 then 3, or maybe 4 then 1.

Eg midnight til 4 then 5-6

Or 11-1 and 3-6

Last night I messed up so 10-1 2-3 :/

Up now for the day.

Normally 8 hours which is 2 blocks of 4

Currently 6 hours which is in 3 blocks of 2 but as I heal its imporving

Around 6/7, usually asleep by 10 o'clock latest.
