South East & Europe

For example, I ate an Easter egg today, and I'm 99% sure the easter bunny is a social construct

Speaking as an atheist...

...that would be quite difficult.

Atlantis

I believe I should be a full time lady of leisure who spends her days lounging on a beach somewhere but instead I had to work today so yes. Yes I do go against my own beliefs.

Forced to go against your own beliefs, the inhumanity!

The mistreatment I suffer. I have to work full time. Very distressing for someone who has such strong beliefs. I hope someone starts a change.org petition or gofundme page to correct this injustice

You could just be a conscientious objector and not work?

Always challenge my beliefs, they are constructs.

Would never challenge my values though.

So you believe nothing?"

I believe only half of what I see and none of what I hear.

My apologies...I thought this thread was about religious beliefs (or, as in my case, a lack of).

Did you ever hear about the dyslexic, agnostic insomniac?

He used to lie awake at night wondering if there really was a dog.

Nope never. Don't have many beliefs. Ideas yes, opinions sure. But actual beliefs? Not many.

I'm a very objective person. Want me to believe in something, you better have a mound of evidence to support it.

Constantly.

Don’t believe in violence. Often violent.

Don’t believe in ghosts. Going on a fucking ghost walk.

Hate the gym. Go the gym.

Don’t like people. Often interact with people.

There’s more, can’t be arsed.

Beliefs and morals are different things. I don't really have any beliefs, guess joining in a prayer when I don't believe in it counts.

If I'm ever in that kind of situation, I don't join in. I take a stand and daydream instead
