Most things really, I have no brand loyalty whatsoever and am really not at all materially minded, I hardly ever buy clothes and only in the sale, and when I’m food shopping it’s whatever brand is doing the best deal. Not much else that I ever buy really.

Can't think of anything. We enjoy quality and pay for it though if it is on offer then we'll cash in. Soggy Dollar on Amazon for example, Black Bomber at Waitrose and fresh perogi (excuse any mispelling) at the local Polish shop are some examples.

I don't have any choice but I understand how satisfying buying things is, I indulged myself for years and am now paying for it.

I don't owe anybody anything but life is frugal.
