I have an iPhone SE 2020
For some bizarre reason when I call my local council (landlord) they cannot hear me, when they call me they still cannot hear me.
This has been going on for over a year as it happened on my previous phone too (iPhone 5 SE) but I can speak to other people without an issue….
Is it me? Is it them? Aliens? Gremlins? Have I done something that’s turned off the right to speak to the local council? |

Insert your SIM into another iPhone (borrow a friend's) and then try again. If it works fine then you may need to reset your iPhone ('factory' reset).
If however the problem persists then ask for a new SIM...and then try again. |

Hi
I dont think this will be a problem with actually phone as you are not having any issues with other calls.
Have you spoken to your sim provider, that would be my first port of call |

And if that does not work then try moving to a new area and call the local council there. If that works then you’ll know it is not your handset |
