Just wondering other than the usual pain/healing time when having nipples pierced has anyone had any issues afterwards?

Have you had them & had to remove as they won't heal properly?

Do men like playing/sucking them or does it hinder the fun?

I think they can look sexy, is it a case of they look hot, but the reality is not?!
