From the land of haribos. |
I just got that question in my mind as I am working out right now at home doing a full body workout, my favourite exercise is the shoulder press, which I am doing now, especially the free weight one. I have loaded the olympic bar and doing the reps with it, 3×10 |

I really like doing ab crunches. I had to ask Dr. G what the machine is called, he told me it's a glute ham developer.
If some feker is on it doing 2 crunches between posting on FB and I can't include it in my workout I'm not a happy bunny. |

"Burpee’s is my least favourite .
burpees are horrible but good afterwards "
I feel better after completing them . And having to do them 3/4 times a week I can only get better. My core is improving as well ( slowly) |

Deadlifts , hits so much & awesome results, strength, fat burning, cardio, core , back , legs, . Sometimes I just go to the gym and deadlift nothing else , put some metal on nice and loud and do maybe 12 sets of 20 reps on a medium weight |

"Pull-ups
Such a fantastic exercise that pumps the back and biceps and forearms . I love them and love the feeling after a decent set "
It's my goal to even be able to do one pull up! I don't have much upper body strength. |

You’ll get there start with horizontal rows then move to assisted or controlled ascent pull-ups
I also love the kettlebell Turkish getup..such a good grind exercise that builds strength and balance all over the body. |

I would love to be able to too. Before Christmas I was working on doing assisted pull ups and slowly reducing the assistance. I need to pick that back up again. |

I've not been to the gym for years but have just signed up at local leisure centre for swimming and get gym free. Considering adding a leg workout to help my running.

Romanian deadlifts and squats. Love feeling the burn along the back if my hamstrings. I managed to do a 140kg regular deadlift and a 100kg squat for the first time as well recently |

I hate pullups, the contradictory assholes. You need more strength to do do a good set, and in getting more strength, you put more weight on to pull up even more |

I've not long got back into the gym, but my favourite is definitely the rowing machine.
I can happily just phase out and imagine I'm rowing down the river..x |

Any exercise where I can move really heavy weight, squat, bench, deadlift.
A good heavy squat session is the most satisfying.
Heavy accessory work, RDLs, rows etc.
90% of my lifting is based around compound moves, very little isolation |

Lifting a couple of cakes very carefully out of the box so not to overdo it, slowly placing them on a plate and vigorously attacking them with a fork before another round of lifts to the mouth, presses of the jaw till they dissappear down the hatch. Then go for a long a walk to contemplate my next session at the gym. |
