You mean away from their ‘this isn’t just any (insert food) but M&S (insert food)’ if so that line or voice wouldn’t really fit with this scheme, in my opinion.
I see the tone as a happier one, quick self service which is the idea, more time for you than wasting it loading, unloading and then packing your goods. |

That's my first thought about scaners in shops. I want person to person interaction .I wont use them
