Ha I only use a tenner at a time and shake the drips from the nozzles of the other pumps on the forecourt .

I was hacked off with Morrisons who gave me a 7p a litre off coupon for spending £40+ in store. When I came to use it a few days later, the price had gone up from 148.9 to 155.9!

I mentioned it to the assistant as the kiosk was quiet and he said a few people had grumbled and to write to Bradford HO!

People who give grief to low paid staff who have nothing to do with the thing they're complaining about are some of the worst kind of people.

Not when it's done politely and there's a sign saying we welcome feedback. And when you say 'worst', worse than Putin? Get some perspective!

Do you think the people who work behind the till at the petrol station are setting the prices? What would be the point of "feeding back" to them about it? It's like telling your dentist that you have haemarrhoids and expecting them to help.

You give polite feedback. I never said I gave 'grief', you introduced that ridiculous concept. I said I 'mentioned' it!

Better not to work in customer services, if you cannot receive customer feedback and channel it upwards to those who set the price. I saw petrol at £1.83.9 per litre at Knutsford services yesterday, for which there is no justification. You are naive in the extreme if you think oil companies are not profiteering out of this crisis and that nothing can reasonably be said to those dispensing it at this outrageous price. I am not talking about 'abuse', 'aggression' or 'grief' but considerate and polite feedback.

Apparently a garage in Cheshire increased the price of fuel 3 times in a day earlier in the week. They can't have had 3 deliveries at different prices. Daylight robbery!

If you think that the seventeen year old sat behind the till is setting the station's prices, or that they can do anything productive with a customer's "feedback" about said prices, then you're probably not the brightest bulb in the house
