Absolutely. Life skill and handy to impress someone with a cake. Also Brazilian carrot cake. Just need a food processor press the button and voila. |

I think that’s the off putting thing for me, knowing they are overripe  makes me go queasy lol, they have to be perfect for me to eat them so no brown bits or squashed bits |
