Are they nice proper meat sausages? M&S do some really good ones. I can't be doing with those dreadful things from Walls though, like a clingfilm tube filled with pink wallpaper paste. Though the wallpaper paste would probably have a higher meat content.

But sausage? So many types, brand etc

If I had to choose a sausage then it would be a Cumberland and Co-op black farmer are good.
