Was at work today i work in a party shop called "fab parties" fancy dress balloons etc...as you can guess we are very busy for halloween at the moment...phone rings i answer it ...."fab swingers tracey speaking how can i help you"  |

Someone I know, who is usually very well spoken and polite (at least in public) made a bit of an oppsie today with the word Kent, whilst on the 'phone to a company, to order something or other.
