How do you like your eggs

Alright silly buns, not asking u how u like to fertilise her eggs… (please somebody cut off my Internet connection and stop me )

But how do you like your eggs?

I’ve got two answers the first:

- lightly scrambled and I like them runny (the dry ones make me wanna vom)

- poached

Scrambled, not too dry, with a dash of chilli flakes on top. Spooned delicately on to freshly toasted seeded spelt bread

Requires precise timing, still... Moist... But not runny.

The outside of the yoke should be set but the middle of the yoke runny

I am so awkward about the yoke consistency

I once mortified my travelling companion by sending poached egg on toast back TWICE during a hotel breakfast

If I'm paying £15 for egg on toast, I don't want snotty eggs
