Watched it.

Cried

Laughed

Got angry

Wished he was English

Glad I'd watched him play

Met the great guy several times as I’ve been involved in cricket at a reasonable level for years and I can 100% say he was one of the nicest and most genuine blokes you could ever meet. Fantastic with kids asking for autographs and chatting to them about the art of spin. I once saw him come out of the pavilion at Kidderminster when Hampshire played Worcestershire, he sat himself down and signed things for the whole tea interval and if someone couldn’t get a signature he came back out after the game to do more. RIP fella , go well.

So sad.

Can't even say he had a good innings, 52, that's no age
