Living with ptsd

Not one of the most pleasent experiences...

It's something I haven't really told anyone in real life, just you people.

It is something that is currently a bourdon as I'm stuck in an office environment, rather than being out there alone all day., I once went a full 24 hours without having to speak to anyone in my last job as a driver (dvla aware)

I've kept the news at bay with the Ukraine thing just incase as I know my triggers.

I know i shouldn't let it rule my life but not sure Heather to chuck my current job in as I'd be embarrassed to to have a ptsd attack in front of that lot. Anyone else had these problems/situations?

Basically deciding to chuck my job in.. Or.. Stick it out to glthe bitter end basically.

Tried to message you privately but was blocked by your filters isn't they a PTSD hotline or a group of fellow suffers that you could speak to .

Can you maybe take a couple of days holiday from work? That's what I do when I'm I'm struggling.

Just take some time away to chill a bit and be away from people.

You should let them know. If you are thinking of leaving there is nothing to lose. They might be able to help more than you think
