get random outbreaks of zits ?
I've always had pretty good skin and never really suffered from acne or spots, but every so often, I get whacked with a few.
It's winter, so time for the woolly hats to come out.
I put one on last weekend and now this week have two zits on the side of me head and 1 on the back of me neck.
So have been thinking maybe my slap head doesn't like being covered up and this is its revenge ?
Either way, am not happy ! |

moiten your skin with warm water (or better yet steam), pat it dry and then rub it with a disolvable Aspirin....Seriously.
Aspirin is nothing more than Salicillic acid and is fantastic at clearing up outbreaks of spots, you can even make a facepack to use twice a week if the outbreak lasts a while.
I've suffered with acne since I was 14 and this combined with Minocycline has been the only effective treatment I have found.
