Groceries going up, petrol going up, gas and electric going up. I’m not going to be able to afford to go out as much as I did.

Rarely go out anyway but defo gonna have to cut back in general, and I don't have much to cut back on as it is.

Is that really a full load of washing or can I wait? kinda thing.

Roll on the summer where I won't need to use the dryer.

I'm lucky in respect that I live alone so only one lot of anything to do, but that comes with only one minimum wage income paying ALL the bills. Fuck all left.

I rely on tips for day-to-day living costs and I've seen a huge reduction there so time to think of a new job I reckon.

I think there are going to be an awful lot of people in the same predicament

Having had an email from my energy provider telling me of the planned increase for this year, I can easily see how that increase alone could sink people already struggling to meet their current bills.

Sometimes when I finish work the buses have finished running and I need to get a taxi.

Over £165 a week on fuel just to do our jobs, it's ridiculous.

This day and age nobody should have to do this..the government should be making sure the energy companies don't set tariffs that are too high..unfortunately they don't give a shit about Joe Public because they are in league with the big profiteers.

to the horror of friends and family this is my life, some weeks it's beyond hard routine.

It's now costing 800 to collect and return my children for visits which have had to be cut to 1 week every two months to allow me to save, and I do that by not putting gas on, not eating every other day and desperately trying to push sales which have also massively declined last two months.

Considering other options but not very many to consider .

Food banks are going to be used even more if prices rise much more.

People on benefits/old age pensioners are going to really struggle.

I've stopped putting my heating on, and only heat the water so it's hot enough for washing dishes/face, no baths but quick showers.

Thankfully i don't use my car much, as work from home.

In Ireland the Government take 67% in tax for petrol or diesel , White collared crime ...67% !!! the head of AA roadwatch said petrol and diesel prices should not be what they are and he said this way before any war but he might as well have been talking to the wall ..the government were only interested in 67 %..the ESB , who are a semi state body are giving every house hold, once off , €200 off their bill but they made a profite of €679 Million last year alone, they do what they like with their prices and the Government don't say a thing , Governments in Countries could make things a lot easier for people ...if they chose to.

Tbh even working for myself can’t see people paying silly money for services as we end up passing on the costs of fuel etc.

What with the war too.
