The Great Potato Debate !!
Jump to: Newest in thread
The Sausage & Mash thread got me thinking ( amazing I know ) ...
If you had no choice but to only eat one potato dish forever , what would it be ...
Mash
Roast
Chips
Hash Browns
Waffles
Wedges
Dauphine
Croquettes
Smileys
Jacket
Boiled
Tinned New
Rosti
Crisps
Sauté....
And I'm sure some clever fucker will tell me I've forgotten one or two others ..
So there's your rather banal question but I'm bored and need to know |

If they were chippy chips I would go with them. However, proper roast potatoes are a close second and then baked potatoes. Oh lord, so many choices.
Are there people who don't like any form of potato? |

Mash.
Cook it, mash as much or little as you like to get different textures, shape how you wish. Then you can put it in the oven for that crispy top / outside and pretend it’s a few other things like Roasts, hash browns, croquettes |

That wasn't part of the original question. I feel duped! Swindled! Hoodwinked!
