Awesome. I’ll look into this. . Finishing off phd whey protein currently - but think I’ll finally go over to plant based protein next.

Which type of nut packs the most protein and which is most bioavailable? (I understand talking about ‘nuts’ on a swingers site is potentially dangerous).

I’d personally say Cashews as it’s got some really healthy fats and minerals. I buy bags of mixed unsalted nuts which have Cashews, walnuts, Brazil’s and almonds
