I Have been really nice to this ( Woman) and awlays be fair with this woman . But eyerthing its getting over-run by. She not plays what i ask . I am all for eqaullity . But i pose a debate .

I’m firm but fair, very direct but always say please. If she fucks up she gets disciplined, “Alexa, I’m not happy with your performance today, please pay more attention and try harder” , but if she gets it right consistently she’s rewarded with an occasional “Good girl Alexa’ or ‘Alexa, you are valued’

My Alexas have been bizarre lately too. I was actually going to ask on here if you were supposed to do updates on them or something as I think she's had some kind of nervous breakdown? She used to be on the ball. |
