So I had COVID on Boxing day. Isolated for 2 weeks. I'm not the same person anymore. I'm triple vaccinated and before I got COVID I was gyming everyday with just one day a week for rest. Now I'm lucky if I gym 3 days a week. Does anybody else feel the same way? X |

I had post viral fatigue in my late twenties after bronchitis. It took me a year to get back to where I was previously. It was a gradual process, and it took a while to get my head around listening to my body. |

I think, think, I had Covid Christmas 2019. Got over it, but I got easily fatigued for three or four months. Hopefully you'll start feeling better soon. |
