I'm not a physio but I messed up my ankle several years ago. Had lots of physio. Still bothers me sometimes. Sympathies.

I’ve heard a few people say this, really worried about it too. Injuries really are the worst

Mine was a break, but I took out most of my ligaments with it. The ligaments took much longer than the bone.

I wasn’t hoping it would be a break, annoyingly fractured but my ligaments have take the brunt’s of the damage sadly as you say, hopefully get lucky and find a physio that can help and pray the recover fully. Always the mental side of worrying too though

You say your ligaments, how have you diagnosed that?

Could it be tendons? Or muscle belly?

What I’m getting at : you don’t know enough to diagnose yourself and no one online can diagnose you because you need a physical exam

If your serious about your health go see a real physio.

Stop asking swingers to diagnose a physical injury online, especially with literally ZERO info on the injury itself

Dubai & Nottingham

I used several physios , I found the best are the ones based in a private hospital , the dedicated physio practices these days take grads on min wage who can barely do a massage as everyone does sports science at school now. The ones at the hospital are much better experienced plus they have access to much better kit for scams, MRI imaging , gym etc that a private practice often can’t afford
