What are you abstaining from for Lent?
For me, it's alcohol, simple sugars (sweet treats like cookies, pancakes, muffins etc) and simple carbs (regular pasta, white rice, noodles, potatoes etc). |

Alcohol and sweets hopefully. Its good to detox a little cut down on sweets weeks ago and didn't drink for 2 or 3 so I'm off to a good start. Good luck with your 'sacrifices' |

I'm not religious or eaten any of that awful stuff for 14 years and have been carnivore for the last three but if I had to give up one thing, it would be full fat greek yoghurt because I have a problem controlling that! |

Go for the 5% you won't know the difference or even the 2% although I do notice some difference with that although still great |

Low fat crap? Absolutely not! Full of sugar and even more addictive. I'm carnivore, proper food all the way, none of that bastardised stuff. |

Well, you ignored the full content on my post and offered advice where it wasn't asked for and completely out of context.
A carnivore (as in, eats only animal products) avoids bastardised food. I have a thing for Greek yoghurt so if I was going to give up anything, it would be that, I wasn't asking for swapsies. |

Apologies to have missed something and caused you such distress. I will ensure I pay a lot more attention. I promise! |

I shall be giving up chocolate. I have cut back on carbs and sugar already and dairy. To be fair I don't eat half as much chocolate as I used to anyway so in fairness I should give up something else.
