So what is everyone having tonight?
We have made roast chicken, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, mash, trimmed beans, babycorn and gravy

Of course Julie. To work out what you might like for pud, I had to take a peek at your profile. It appears that you have a penchant for confectionery and, er, uhm.... cream.

Tonight one shall be having grilled salmon fillet with sauce Veronique and sautéed potatoes followed by a mocha tart with a toffee and hazelnut sauce.
Meh, who am I kidding? Microwave curry in front of the fire and maybe a bit of millionaire cheesecake as a treat |

Since someone (that'd be me then) accidentally bought a whole salmon with the online shop, tonight it's salmon marinaded in chilli, lime & ginger with baked sweet potato, cous cous, broccoli, green beans and sprouts.
The rest of the salmon is portioned up in the freezer  |
