I am making my way to Leicestershire and believe I am having roast chicken, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, mash, trimmed beans, babycorn and gravy.

How very kind of you.

Of course Julie. To work out what you might like for pud, I had to take a peek at your profile. It appears that you have a penchant for confectionery and, er, uhm.... cream.

So jelly babies and cream it is.

Tonight one shall be having grilled salmon fillet with sauce Veronique and sautéed potatoes followed by a mocha tart with a toffee and hazelnut sauce.

Meh, who am I kidding? Microwave curry in front of the fire and maybe a bit of millionaire cheesecake as a treat

Since someone (that'd be me then) accidentally bought a whole salmon with the online shop, tonight it's salmon marinaded in chilli, lime & ginger with baked sweet potato, cous cous, broccoli, green beans and sprouts.

The rest of the salmon is portioned up in the freezer
