…I’m not sure if there’s been one today (and I’ll be honest and say I only checked one page of threads) but this thread is just to share some positivity and love while other people try to turn the world upside down.
Are you feeling down or frowning? How can we help you turn that around?
Today I spent time with some doggies who chased balls like crazy lunatics, I had a cuppa with my Mum & my Dad called me on the phone and those things made me smile
Maybe others can share something that made them smile today or something they are grateful for to turn the frowns upside down…

I think that’s allowed, their mistake and you should never waste chocolate |

I've just told a friend whom is having a confidence wobble that she is perfectly fine just the way she is and say what she feels because those that mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind |

South sea is definitely a good place to blow the cobwebs away. Sounds lovely! |

"I have just rejoined the gym. It's been 3 months since I was there. I can feel Tuesday's pain already.
Haha no pain no gain don’t they say? Good luck
Thank you OP, I will need it. "
I finally got back last few weeks after losing 4 months in the gym, definitely a great mental boost being back, muscle soreness aside |

I've been out running because I wasn't at the gym, but my posture needs the gym. I'm not standing as straight just now. My core and shoulders will be in agony come Tuesday or Wednesday. |

I wake up every day with a mind set that I will try and make everything positive and if I hear or see something negative I’ll try to find the positive side of it |

I caught my daughter, fingers deep in a jar of Nutella earlier. She knows she’s not to do it, so obviously I told her to put the lid back on and put it back in the cupboard. I had to smile though, as my non verbal, autistic daughter, started mumbling “oh no” to herself, before going in the cutlery drawer, turning to me, spoon in hand, and very proudly showing it me and saying “boon!”
Little achievements like that, her spontaneous use of words and actions, make me so proud (even if she was being a bugger), after spending the day with her having meltdown after meltdown, it made my day x
