It’s impossible to love someone unless you love yourself first?

I think it works best if you do love yourself first, as negative thoughts, self doubt and low self esteem can cause a huge negative impact on a relationship.
I do however think that you can madly love someone else but not love yourself. |

it's not healthy to love someone deeply without being able to love yourself since it can leave you quite vulnerable. but i think you can still love yourself to an extent even with low self esteem.
i think that's why its more a general rule of thumb type thing, rather than a set in stone rule. |
