Most of us love bread. Do you go for white or brown/wholemeal or does it depend what you have it with. I do occasionally have the odd white baguette or white piece of toast but for many years I am mainly on brown, wholemeal and preferably nutty and love 'artisan' bread if I can get it rather than the standard supermarket ones. Some supermarkes of course do some excellent bread too. |

I still eat it, just pay for it after. But its sooooo good!! Lots of butter and that fresh crunchy baked taste.... |

When I was trying to lose weight I was advised to eat brown instead of white. It’s not a great help but it’s slightly better for you.
I now can’t eat white bread as it tasteless for me, unless it’s crusty and has bacon and cheese in it
But I live all sorts of brown bread including those with seeds (Granary) ( ) |
