Ok maybe I’m being over dramatic , it’s not really really difficult but I do find myself, over time, thinking about the swinging lifestyle when I meet someone and start to date them…. I sometimes question if I’ll ever find happiness in a monogamous relationship 
So after being single a while I have a coffee date today with a lovely lady … maybe we’ll hit it off who knows , but one things for sure , I know at some point I’ll be thinking about the swinging lifestyle :/
