I need inspiration.... I've got mushrooms, leeks, peppers.. Store cupboard ingredients.. Prepared Ravioli...oooo I've got some pastry too!

Hmmmm.. . So options are:

1. mushroom +leek pie

2. ravioli with red pepper sauce

3. Garlic mushroom lasagne

Came across this thread while eating 'Special chow mein'.

Treated myself because my car passed its MoT test today against all forebodings. Been up on the roof as well, bedding down a couple or three tiles lifted by Eunice or Franklin.

Washing it down with a couple of glasses of Aldi's Shiraz. Left enough in the bottle for tomorrow night as well!

Suddenly I have one thing major less to worry about. Might even upgrade my status accordingly.
