try gorillacam it has a timer for 3,5,10,15,20,30,60 and 90 seconds

we tend to look at 'two knotty boys' or 'twisted monk' the former have good youtube vids and the latter has good beginner stuff on his site.

Definitely agree that gorillacam is the best, so easy to use - if a man can master it.....
